On Obamney and the Republicrats

(Or On Robama and the Democans)

Barack Obama has been a terrible President. By all rights he should be tossed out of office on November 6.

Unemployment is up, way up. It is over and has maintained steady high despite absolute assurances from many people in the Administration that the Stimuli Packages would turn things around.

BHO has continued the reckless war on drugs. He jokes about marijuana and then has the justice Department under his direction put people in jail for it.

He has executed his hated predecessors’ exit strategy in Iraq, all the while increasing the build up in Afghanistan. Oh, and throw in a bombing of Libya while we’re at it. I would not rule out an October surprise – a military conflict with Iran.

Lastly, he has deported more people then George Bush.

All that said, he is still the odds on favorite to win reelection. Why is this? Because the Mitt Romney is going everything he can to lose the election.

As governor of Massachusetts his record is clearly that of a big government apologist. Bill Clinton is more “Republican” then Mitt Romney. But, even that could have been overcome if he had thrown a bone to libertarians and let Ron Paul speak.

Mind you, I am glad he did not. This has been a boon to the Libertarian Party. In the last week over 2,500 people have Liked the Libertarian Facebook page and Gary Johnson is up in the polls from 1 percent to 5 percent in a week.

In short, once again, the two-party system is like Lucy and the football with the public in the role of Charlie Brown. What do you not understand? Every time, they are going to pull the football away. Every time!

Bottom line: If Mitt Romney loses, the GOPers need to a hard look at themselves and don’t blame the Libertarians.
