A brief shout out to my opponent in the November election, Senator Florence Shapiro on receiving the TLR Civil Justice Leadership Award for “her support of a fair and predictable civil justice system in Texas.”

My congratulations on a bring reform to the legal system here in Texas. This is clearly on area where we have much in agreement.
