Getting Some Press (and the first call for donations)

This morning my mother-in-law called to let us know that I had made the front page of the Plano Star Courier. The article has not yet been posted on their website, but reports that the candidates spending is big.

This, of course, includes my war chest of about $500. An earlier report showed that my likely Republican challenger, Ken Paxton, had about $700,000. I guess I have some catching up to do.
