Fair Share of Taxes

This Reason.TV video  references the fact that according to 2006 data the top one percent of earners in the United States earned 19 percent of all income and paid 28 percent of federal taxes. If begs the question – what is a “fair share” to  pay in taxes? I would love to hear from you by commenting below.
